Dispatch
All products will be dispatched within three to five business days subject to stock availability. All UK orders will be sent on a next business day courier service. International delivery times will vary based on the location of the country, usually delivery is between 5-10 business days, but occasionally can be longer. The price of international delivery will be dependant on the zone your country falls into, from our 9 delivery zones. If you would like to find out the cost of delivery to your country, you can select your country at the basket page and the basket will automatically update. From 5th January 2022 all UK and International deliveries will be delivered by courier.

Returns
Our refund policy is 30 Days. Unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange after this period. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-10 business days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@uniplexuk.com and send your item to 11 Furnace Hill, Sheffield, South Yorkshire, United Kingdom, S3 7AF.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Returns, Uniplex (UK) Ltd,11 Furnace Hill, Sheffield, South Yorkshire United Kingdom, S3 7AF. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
