174Hz Unweighted Aluminium Tuning Fork. The 174Hz is the lowest frequency in the 9 solfeggios. When used individually, the fork is used for wellness, relaxation and meditation, but also is commonly referred to as a natural anaesthetic for its ability to reduce pain.
