The 9 forks are 174Hz (Soul Star), 285Hz (Earth Star), 396Hz (UT Root), 417Hz (RE Sacral), 528Hz (MI Solar Plexus), 639Hz (FA Heart), 741Hz (SOL Throat), 852Hz (LA 3rd Eye) and 963Hz (Crown).
There are multiple methods on how to use the Weighted Solfeggio Tuning Forks but we found that the most common way among Sound Therapists is to cleanse by going around the full shape of the body with the 174Hz and the 285Hz Forks, then using the remaining forks physically on their accompanying Chakra to feel the strong vibration energy. Finish by cleansing the body again with the 174Hz and the 285Hz.
Dr. Joseph Puleo was inspired to use Pythagorean math to examine the Book of Numbers in the Old Testament Bible. Dr. Leonard Horowitz has applied the same patterns used to recover the original six tones to reveal the three extra frequencies. The nine frequencies work together to stimulate the Chakras.
The weights are fixed to the forks and should not be removed.
